Remote Support

If you urgently require desktop or server support, the last thing that you want is to wait for a support person to visit your office. Using our free remote support software, you can give us temporary access to your desktop PC so that we can see what is happening and usually fix the problem within minutes.

You can download the program as Alert-IT.exe or Alert-IT.zip. It is about 200Kb in size and should download in seconds, even over a slow internet connection. Save it to your desktop and virus-scan it. Although we have checked it, you should always virus-scan any downloaded program yourself, just to be sure. If you don't already have a virus scanner (why not!), please try the free open source ClamWin for Windows or ClamAV for Linux etc.

This "Remote Support" tool is a Windows-only program. If you require support for Linux or Apple Mac systems, please contact us for an alternative.

If you are an existing client, please phone us to make sure that somebody is currently available to assist you.

If you are a new client, please email us your details and some information about the problem. First-time clients may be required to make a small up-front payment. We normally operate on a "no fix, no fee" basis, so you will get a full refund if we are unable to resolve the problem. You will be quoted a price by email.

We now accept on-line payments by debit or credit card. Payments are processed quickly and securely by PayPal. You do not need to have an existing PayPal account.
